Chapter Three
The Nevada desert was like nothing anyone had ever seen before. It was a hellscape of death and destruction, with the sun beating down with relentless ferocity. The heat was oppressive, and absolutely unbearable. Every step was a struggle as the survivors trudged along the scorching sand, looking for any sign of hope or salvation.
The only thing keeping them going was the knowledge that their destination was the uninhabited expanses of Alaska. Every day, they prayed that they would make it, that their journey would come to an end and they could start living again. But, as the weeks passed and their progress remained agonizingly slow, their hopes began to fade.
Suddenly, however, the group was rocked by the appearance of an unexpected ally. Alice, the mysterious female warrior from the fateful Raccoon City mission, had joined the caravan. She had heard of their plight and vowed to stand with them in their desperate fight against the evil Umbrella Corporation.
Alice quickly made a name for herself, using her impressive fighting skills to fend off hordes of zombies, mutated creatures, and living nightmares, all sent by Umbrella to stop the caravan’s progress. With her swordsmanship and supernatural strength, Alice was a one-woman army, and the survivors soon found themselves blessed to have her by their side.
Yet, even with Alice helping ensure their safety, the group’s progress was still painfully slow. Every day seemed to bring some new, terrible obstacle in their path. Finally, after months on the road, they crossed the border into Alaska, and stepped foot onto what they all prayed would be their new home.
The survivors, strengthened by Alice’s courage, rallied together in a final, desperate push. Together, they pressed on, spurred on by Alice’s determination and the knowledge that they were finally getting closer to their goal. With every step, their spirits lifted, and the hope of victory rose once again in their hearts.
Finally, after months of hardship, they reached their destination. Alaska was the new home of the survivors, and the beginning of a new chapter in their lives. Thanks to Alice, they were safe, for now. Yet, even in the midst of their newfound joy, they all knew that the battle was far from over. They had to stay vigilant and prepared, or face the threat of Umbrella once more.
The survivors, strengthened by Alice’s courage, had come out of the other side of the desert stronger and more determined than ever. The threat posed by the Umbrella Corporation was still a very real one, but now they had a secret weapon in the form of Alice. With her help, the survivors of Raccoon City were well-prepared to fight any obstacle that stood in their way.
The battle had only just begun.
FADE IN:
EXT. NEVADA DESERT – DAY
A vast expanse of nothingness. The sky is an endless sea of blue, the land an ocean of sand. The sun beats down like a hammer, relentless in its torture.
In the distance, a caravan of survivors winds its way through the desert. A few cars, a jeep, some trucks, with a few motorbikes in between. The motley caravan is making its way to Alaska in search of refuge.
ANGLE ON – ALICE
Alice stands alone amongst the sand dunes. She stares at the caravan in the distance, her expression solemn.
EXT. CARAVAN – DAY
The caravan rolls on slowly, kicking up dust in its wake. Inside one of the trucks, we find a group of survivors huddled together.
ADAM
How much further?
NOAH
We’ve still got a long way to go. We should make it to Albuquerque by nightfall.
EXT. ALICE – DAY
Alice watches the caravan as it moves away, then turns and sets off in pursuit, determined.
EXT. CARAVAN – NIGHT
The caravan winds its way through the desert, headlights illuminating the night. As the caravan approaches Albuquerque, Alice appears in the background, running alongside it.
EXT. ALBUQUERQUE STREETS – NIGHT
Umbrella Corp. troops patrol the streets of Albuquerque – a grim reminder of the terror sweeping the land. Alice watches them from the shadows, her face determined.
EXT. ALICE – NIGHT
Alice breaks into a run, determined to join the caravan and join the fight against Umbrella Corp.
EXT. ALBUQUERQUE STREET – DAY
Alice catches up with the caravan as it exits Albuquerque. The survivors cheer as she joins them and they set off into the Nevada desert once more.
EXT. ALICE – DAY
Alice stares ahead, unblinking. A fire has been lit in her eyes – a fire that can’t be extinguished.
EXT. NEVADA DESERT – DAY
The convoy plows on through the desert. Behind them, the sun sets and the sky is lit up with a million stars. The caravan has become a beacon of hope and defiance – a reminder that life will find a way.
EXT. ALICE – DAY
Alice stands atop a sand dune and gazes out at the horizon. A single tear rolls down her cheek. The fight against Umbrella Corp. is just beginning.
