Chapter 1: Day Of Reckoning
Optimus Prime had seen the destruction of Cybertron, the home of the Autobots, and he was determined not to let it happen to Earth. With that thought in his mind, he launched a mission to save Cybertron by destroying Earth. The Autbots had to fight their former ally as Optimus Prime and the Decepticons descended on the planet.
Cade Yeager, a former soldier and Bumblebee’s leader, had seen what the Decepticons were capable of and was determined to stop them. He had seen the destruction of Chicago and he knew that if Optimus Prime succeeded in his mission, Earth would suffer the same fate.
Chapter 2: The Showdown
Cade gathered the Autobots, including Bumblebee and the other Autobots, and prepared them for the battle ahead. He knew that this was the moment they had been waiting for and that only they could save the planet.
The Autobots and Decepticons engaged in a fierce battle, with Optimus Prime and Bumblebee at its center. The Autobots were outnumbered and outgunned, but they fought back with everything they had.
Chapter 3: The Turning Point
Despite their best efforts, the Autobots were losing the battle. Cade knew that the only chance of winning was to turn the tide. He devised a plan to use the Autobot Matrix of Leadership, which was locked within the body of Optimus Prime, to take control of the Decepticons.
Cade put his plan into motion and with the help of Bumblebee, the Autobots managed to break through the Decepticon’s ranks and get close enough to Optimus Prime to use the Matrix.
Chapter 4: The Final Confrontation
The Autobots managed to activate the Matrix and turn the tide of the battle. With their newfound strength, they were able to push the Decepticons back and finally gain the upper hand. Cade and Bumblebee confronted Optimus Prime and pleaded with him to end his mission.
Optimus Prime, however, refused to listen and instead asked the Autobots to join him in his mission or fight against him. With no other option, the Autobots prepared to fight their former ally.
Chapter 5: The End Of The War
The Autobots fiercely fought against Optimus Prime, but despite their best efforts, it seemed as if they were going to be defeated. Suddenly, Bumblebee used the Matrix to send a message to Optimus Prime, reminding him of the promise he had made to protect the people of Earth.
Optimus Prime, overcome with emotion and regret, called off his mission and surrendered. The war was over and the Autobots had won. With the threat of the Decepticons no longer looming over them, the Autobots could finally rest.
FADE IN
EXT. CYBERTRON – DAY
The city-state of CYBERTRON, destroyed from centuries of war, is now left a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Its once-great structures are now shells of their former glory, the skyline forever stained by the smoke and ash of devastation.
On the horizon, the silhouette of a great ROBOT can be seen. He is OPTIMUS PRIME, leader of the AUTOBOTS. He remains unaffected by his surroundings, and stares off into the distance with determination.
OPTIMUS PRIME
Cybertron is dying, and it’s my fault. I must take action.
He looks up towards the sky and takes a deep breath.
OPTIMUS PRIME (CONT’D)
(To himself)
If I am to save my world, I must do the unthinkable.
EXT. SPACE – DAY
The Earth can be seen from afar, a small globe of water and land suspended in the expanse of the cosmos. Optimus Prime narrows his eyes and points his hands forward.
OPTIMUS PRIME
Forgive me, Earth…
He clenches his fists and red energy crackles from his fingertips.
OPTIMUS PRIME (CONT’D)
For this is the only way.
The energy surges through his body and radiates in a blinding white light.
EXT. CYBERTRON – DAY
The Autobots, led by BUMBLEBEE, are released from the effects of Optimus’s energy blast. They stand in awe of the devastating power their leader has just unleashed.
BUMBLEBEE
Optimus, what have you done?
OPTIMUS PRIME
I have saved Cybertron.
EXT. HUMAN MILITARY BASE – DAY
A human military base is in chaos. A squadron of Autobots, led by CADE YEAGER, has descended from the sky and has begun to launch an attack. The humans scramble for their lives, desperately trying to escape the onslaught.
CADE YEAGER
Optimus Prime has declared war on Earth! We must protect humanity from his onslaught!
The Autobots make quick work of the human forces, and soon enough they are victorious. Cade Yeager stands back and surveys the destruction, his face a mask of determination.
CADE YEAGER (CONT’D)
We must stop Optimus Prime before it is too late.
EXT. CITY SKYLINE – DAY
The Autobots launch their assault on the city. The Autobots fight valiantly, but their efforts seem to be for naught. Optimus Prime is too powerful, and his energy blasts overwhelm the hapless Autobots.
Suddenly, Cade Yeager appears in the center of the brawl. He stands defiantly against Optimus Prime.
CADE YEAGER
Optimus, you must stop this madness! You’re not thinking clearly!
Optimus Prime does not respond. He merely points his hands forward and unleashes another energy blast.
EXT. SPACE – DAY
Optimus Prime’s energy blast slams into the planet, and it’s surface begins to rumble and shake.
Suddenly, a massive energy wave radiates outwards, consuming everything in its path. The Autobots’ ship is thrown out of balance and spirals out of control.
EXT. AUTOBOT SHIP – DAY
The Autobots awaken to find themselves in a new, unfamiliar world. Cade Yeager looks out the window in awe, and the others follow his gaze.
EXT. ALIEN PLANET – DAY
The Autobots stand on an alien planet, surrounded by an endless expanse of blue sky, mirrored seas, and rolling hills of green.
OPTIMUS PRIME
This is our new home. We shall never forget what we have sacrificed.
The Autobots hang their heads in sorrow and pledge to defend their new home no matter the cost.
EXT. ALIEN CITY – DAY
The Autobots fly into the city and find it teeming with life. The citizens cheer and welcome the Autobots with open arms. Optimus Prime stands at the forefront, basking in the adoration of the crowd.
OPTIMUS PRIME
We will never forget what our home has done for us. We shall do whatever it takes to protect you.
EXT. SPACE – DAY
The Autobots’ ship takes off, soaring through the stars in pursuit of Optimus Prime.
EXT. EARTH – DAY
The Autobots’ ship breaks through the atmosphere and descends towards the planet’s surface. The Autobots prepare for battle as they approach the Earth.
EXT. EARTH CITY – DAY
The Autobots’ ship descends in front of a sprawling city. Optimus Prime stands in the center, surrounded by a battalion of Decepticons.
OPTIMUS PRIME
This is the end of the road, Autobots. I will not rest until Cybertron and the Decepticons are safe.
The Autobots and Decepticons launch their assault on the city. Buildings are destroyed, citizens are slaughtered, and the Autobots struggle to prevail.
Suddenly, Bumblebee appears, quickly engaging Optimus Prime in a fierce battle. Optimus Prime is formidable, but Bumblebee stands his ground.
CADE YEAGER
Guardian of Earth… We are counting on you!
Bumblebee draws strength from these words and presses on. He eventually defeats Optimus Prime in a blazing battle of intensity and willpower.
As Optimus Prime begins to surrender, Cade Yeager steps between them.
CADE YEAGER (CONT’D)
Optimus Prime, you are a hero. We have saved the Earth, but you must now save Cybertron.
Optimus Prime stands in silence, and then slowly nods in agreement. He transforms and takes off into the stars, leaving the Autobots and Decepticons behind.
EXT. ALIEN PLANET – DAY
The Autobots watch as Optimus Prime descends upon their new home planet. He lands in the middle of the city, and the citizens cheer in unison.
OPTIMUS PRIME
We have come from a great struggle, but we have saved two worlds.
The citizens bow before Optimus Prime, realizing the magnitude of his heroic deeds. The Autobots stand tall, proud to have served alongside their leader.
