Chapter One: The Stray
Little Lori was five years old when she first saw the strange looking stray dog outside her house one day. She had been playing in the garden with her big sister when she noticed the dog crouched in the shadows. She wanted to approach the dog but her sister held her back.
The dog seemed to be in a sorry state, it had long mangy fur and it was thin and weak. Lori immediately felt a connection with it and she begged her sister to let her take it in. After a long persuasion, her sister finally gave in and let her take the dog in.
Lori washed the dog and groomed it, she saw that it hadsix legs instead of four and that it had a long tail with a long fur. She was delighted with her cute little stray friend and she named him Stid.
Chapter Two: The Alien
Stid soon became an integral part of Lori’s family. He was obedient and loving, which made everyone in the family adore him. But there were some strange things that didn’t add up. Stid seemed to be able to understand what everyone was saying, he also seemed to have a better sense of smell than usual.
One night, Lori’s sister noticed something strange. She saw Stid staring into the night sky with an odd look in his eyes. She couldn’t help but think that there was something odd about him.
The next day, Lori’s sister decided to investigate the matter further. She asked Stid about his past life and he guided her to an abandoned spaceship in the woods. There, she discovered that Stid was actually an alien from a far away planet, who had been banished from his home world and ended up on Earth. She also found out that Stid had escaped from the spaceship and ended up in Lori’s garden.
Chapter Three: The Mission
Lori and her sister were shocked to find out the truth about Stid. They were also a bit worried about what this meant for the future. What if the alien forces came looking for Stid? Would they be able to protect him?
Lori and her sister decided to keep this information a secret and protect Stid. They also decided to help him fulfill his mission. Stid’s mission was to find a rare mineral that only existed in a far away galaxy. They would need to build a spaceship and set off on an adventure to find the mineral and save Stid’s home world.
Lori and her sister started to work on the spacecraft. They used their vast knowledge of science and technology to build a powerful and reliable spaceship. They also acquired some alien technology from Stid’s spaceship to help them on their mission.
The spaceship was almost ready when Lori and her sister got an unexpected visit. It was Stid’s alien family, they had come to take him home. Lori and her sister were taken aback and they were not sure what to do. But after much persuasion, they agreed to let Stid go with his family. Lori and her sister were sad to let Stid go, but they were also relieved that he would finally be able to go back home and fulfill his mission.
Lori, her sister and their family said their goodbyes to Stid and with heavy hearts, watched him fly away in the spaceship towards his home planet.
But they didn’t know that Stid’s mission was going to be a success. After many weeks of travelling through space, Stid and his family arrived at their destination. They discovered a rare mineral and were able to use it to save their home world from destruction.
Back on Earth, Lori and her sister were overjoyed when they found out about Stid’s success. They were even more delighted when a few months later, Stid and his family arrived back to Earth, safe and sound.
Stid stayed with Lori and her family for many years, and remained a constant companion and friend to them all. He was a daily reminder to them of the power of friendship and love and how even the strangest of things can bring joy and happiness into our lives.

EXT. GARDEN – DAY
Little Lori and her big sister play in the garden when they spot a strange looking stray dog crouching in the shadows.
LORI
Look! A stray!
Big Sister takes Lori’s hand, stopping her from approaching.
BIG SISTER
It’s too wild. We can’t take it in.
LORI
But it looks so sad.
Big Sister reluctantly gives in, and the two of them run towards the stray.
EXT. BACKYARD – DAY
The two of them bathe and groom the dog, and Lori notices that it has six legs instead of four, and is covered in a long fur. She names him Stid.
EXT. SKY – NIGHT
Lori’s sister notices Stid staring up into the night sky with an intense focus.
EXT. SPACE SHIP – DAY
The two of them arrive at an abandoned spaceship in the woods, and discover that Stid is actually an alien from a far away planet.
EXT. GARDEN – DAY
Lori and her sister decide to build a spaceship to help Stid fulfill his mission of finding an elusive mineral.
EXT. SPACESHIP – DAY
Lori, her sister and their family say goodbye to Stid and watch him go in the spaceship.

EXT. OUTER SPACE – DAY
The camera follows Stid’s spaceship as it flies through space.
EXT. ALIEN HOME PLANET – DAY
The spaceship finally reaches it’s destination and Stid and his family discover a rare mineral, which they use to save their home planet.
EXT. GARDEN – DAY
Lori and her sister anxiously wait for Stid’s return.
EXT. SPACESHIP – DAY
The spaceship arrives back to Earth, much to the joy of Lori and her family.
EXT. BACKYARD – DAY
Stid is welcomed back with great joy and happiness. Lori and her family are overjoyed at his return.
EXT. GARDEN – DAY
Lori and her family gather in the garden to celebrate Stid’s return and safe mission. They share stories of the adventure and laugh and talk about the future.

EXT. SCHOOL – DAY
Lori and her sister have started a new school and are in awe of the new experiences and knowledge that comes with it. Stid follows them everywhere, taking in the new environment and making sure to stay out of trouble.
EXT. BACKYARD – DAY
Lori and her sister work on improving the spaceship and plan their next mission, this time with Stid by their side. They laugh and joke with Stid about their adventure and what lies ahead for them.
EXT. SPACE – DAY
The trio sets off in the spaceship on their new mission, the camera follows them as they navigate the vast expanse of space.
EXT. ALIEN PLANET – DAY
The ship arrives at their destination, an alien planet. Lori, her sister and Stid explore the planet and find a new, powerful mineral.
EXT. EARTH – DAY
The trio returns to Earth, successful in their mission. They show the mineral to everyone who is amazed by its power. Lori and her sister proudly show off Stid and recount their journey, to the awe of everyone around them.

EXT. GARDEN – DAY
Lori and her sister take a moment to enjoy their achievement and bask in the joy of their success. They look up at the night sky and see Stid’s home planet twinkling in the distance.
EXT. SCHOOL – DAY
Lori and her sister attend their first day at school, accompanied by Stid. The children in the school are fascinated by him and Lori and her sister proudly tell them how he helped save an entire planet.
EXT. BACKYARD – DAY
Lori, her sister and Stid take a break from their studies and relax in the backyard. Stid stares up at the sky, with a peaceful look on his face.
EXT. GARDEN – DAY
Lori and her sister gather around Stid and reminisce about the memories of their adventure. They laugh and joke, discussing their future plans and what lies ahead of them.
EXT. SKY – DAY
The camera pans up to the sky and the ship carrying Stid and his family is seen flying off towards their home planet.
