Chapter 1: Sam at Starbucks
Sam had always loved his job at Starbucks. He enjoyed interacting with the customers and learning about their lives. Even though he was an adult, Sam had the mental abilities of a 7-year-old. He was always eager to please, and his coworkers were patient and kind to him.
One day, a woman walked into the Starbucks where Sam worked. She was disheveled and looked like she had been living on the streets. Sam felt sorry for her and offered to buy her a coffee.
Chapter 2: A Kind Gesture
The woman gratefully accepted Sam’s offer, and they sat down to talk. She told Sam her name was Rachel and that she had been homeless for a few months. Sam listened attentively and offered to help in any way he could.
Rachel seemed touched by Sam’s kindness, and she confided in him about her difficult life. She had been through a lot of hardships, and she had lost touch with her family.
Chapter 3: A New Family Member
A few months passed, and Rachel and Sam became good friends. One day, Rachel told Sam that she was pregnant. Sam was shocked but also excited at the prospect of becoming a father.
Rachel gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, and Sam was overjoyed. He took care of both Rachel and the baby, doing everything he could to make them comfortable.

Customers come and go, chatting with Sam and thanking him for their drinks. Sam seems to genuinely enjoy his job and is always eager to please.
Suddenly, the door opens and a woman enters. She is disheveled and looks like she has been living on the streets. Sam’s face lights up as he recognizes her.
Sam: “Hey Rachel! Long time no see. Can I get you a coffee?”
Rachel: “Yes, please. And can you make it a decaf this time? My doctor says I can’t have too much caffeine.”
Sam: “Sure thing! Coming right up.”
Sam gets to work making Rachel’s coffee, chatting with her as he does so. The camera zooms in on Rachel’s face, and we see a hint of sadness in her eyes.
Rachel: “Thanks, Sam. You’re always so kind to me.”
Sam: “Of course, Rachel. You’re my friend. Is everything okay?”
Rachel: “I’ve had a rough few months. I’ve been homeless and it’s been hard to get by.”
Sam: “I’m so sorry to hear that. Is there anything I can do to help?”
Rachel: “Just your friendship means a lot to me. It’s nice to have someone to talk to.”
Sam smiles and hands Rachel her coffee.
Sam: “Anytime, Rachel. Anytime.”
The camera fades to black as Rachel takes a sip of her coffee and smiles at Sam.
Scene 2: Rachel’s Apartment
The camera cuts to Rachel’s small apartment, which is modestly furnished with secondhand items. Rachel is sitting on the couch, rubbing her pregnant belly.
Sam enters the room, carrying a bag of groceries. He sets them down on the kitchen counter and walks over to Rachel.
Sam: “Hey Rachel, I brought some food for you. I hope you like canned peaches and macaroni and cheese.”
Rachel: “Thank you, Sam. You’re always so thoughtful.”
Sam: “I’m just happy to help. How are you feeling?”
Rachel: “I’m getting pretty big now. It’s hard to move around and do things.”
Sam: “Well, if you need anything, just let me know. I’m here for you.”
Rachel: “I appreciate it, Sam. You’ve been such a good friend to me.”
Sam: “I care about you, Rachel. I just want you to be happy and healthy.”
Rachel: “I know. And I’m grateful for everything you’ve done for me.”
The camera pans out as Sam and Rachel continue their conversation, both of them smiling and content.
Scene 3: The Hospital
The camera cuts to a hospital room, where Rachel is lying in a bed, surrounded by medical equipment. Sam is sitting next to her, holding her hand.
Rachel is in labor, and she is in pain. Sam is trying to comfort her, but he is also visibly worried.
Sam: “It’s going to be okay, Rachel. You’re going to be a great mom.”
Rachel: “It hurts so much, Sam. I’m not sure I can do this.”
Sam: “You’re strong, Rachel. You can do this. Just focus on your breathing.”
Rachel: “I’m trying. Oh, it hurts!”
Sam: “I know it does. But soon you’ll have a beautiful baby to hold. And I’ll be here to help you with everything.”
Rachel: “Thank you, Sam. I don’t know what I would do without you.”
The camera zooms in on Sam’s face, and we see a mix of worry and determination. He wants to do everything he can to help Rachel and the baby.
The camera fades to black as we hear the sound of a baby crying.
