Prologue
The world is full of secrets, and the secrets of the past haunt the present. Millionaires from New York to Tokyo, from London to Mexico City, all locked in a conspiracy of silence, fear and secrecy.
But one story is about to be told that will change the way the world sees itself; a story of a man and a woman, both struggling with their own secrets, and fighting to bridge the gap between them.
The truth is in the silence, in the secrets they can’t share, and in the feelings that they can’t express. They are two strangers in a strange land, but together they will discover that they can overcome any odds, no matter the language, culture or country.
Chapter 1
Ernesto was a poor immigrant, who was working hard in Mexico City as a security guard. He barely had enough money to support his family, but he was determined to provide for them the best he could.
One day, he encountered a beautiful and mysterious American woman named Sarah. She was lost and looking for help, but her language was completely different from his. Despite the language barrier, Ernesto and Sarah were immediately drawn to each other and gradually started to share their secrets and fears.
Ernesto felt a strange connection to Sarah, as if she were a kindred spirit, and he believed that if only he could understand her, they could save each other and free themselves from their respective secrets.
Chapter 2
Meanwhile, in New York, Sarah’s past was starting to catch up with her. She had been trying to stay one step ahead of her powerful and dangerous ex-boyfriend, but he was getting closer every day. Sarah knew that if he found her, she was in serious danger.
She was desperate and alone, and she desperately wanted to find a way out. Then, one day, she remembered Ernesto and his determination to help her in Mexico. She knew that if she could find him, he would be able to help her.
Chapter 3
Ernesto was also in trouble. His life has been threatened by a dangerous drug cartel and he had to go into hiding. He decided to take a chance and go to New York to look for Sarah.
Once he arrived in New York, he was shocked to discover the truth about Sarah’s past. However, he was also touched by her courage and determination to find a way out of her dangerous situation. He decided to help her, no matter the cost.
Chapter 4
Ernesto and Sarah tried to find a way to escape Sarah’s ex-boyfriend and the drug cartel. They travelled all over the world, seeking out the help of friends and strangers alike, but each time they were met with danger.
The situation seemed impossible, but despite the odds, Ernesto and Sarah found a way to survive. Eventually, they were able to put the past behind them and create a new future for themselves.
Epilogue
Ernesto and Sarah’s story may be one of the most unlikely stories of survival and hope the world has ever seen. Despite the language barrier and the secrets that lay between them, the two were able to find a way to communicate and save each other.
In the end, their story became a beacon of hope for anyone who ever felt lost in a strange land, a story of courage and love in the face of impossible odds.

A beautiful beach stretches out as far as the eye can see.
EXT. BEACH – DAY
We find ourselves on the beach.
Among the breakers is a small boat. It is occupied by a lone figure, a woman, her back to us, her face hidden. The wind whips her long black hair around her head.
The woman is KATE, 27 years old. She is seemingly lost in thought, as she stares out over the horizon.
EXT. KATE’S HOUSE – DAY
We see a two-story brick house. The house is small and has an awning over the front door. KATE is in the front garden, pulling weeds. She looks up and stares out at the horizon.
EXT. AIRPORT, DEPARTURE GATE – DAY
We find KATE in a crowd of people, waiting at the departure gate. She holds a passport and ticket in her hand.
EXT. AIRPLANE – DAY
We see KATE in her seat aboard the airplane. She stares out the window at the sky, lost in thought.
EXT. SIDEWALK, BARCELONA, SPAIN – DAY
We find KATE walking down a lively street in Barcelona. She looks around in wonder, taking in the sights.
EXT. STREET, BARCELONA, SPAIN – DAY
The street is bustling with people, and KATE is swept up in the crowd. She is trying to find her way.
EXT. APARTMENT, BARCELONA, SPAIN – DAY
We find KATE in a small, sparsely furnished apartment. She is seated at the table, staring at a map of the city, lost in thought.
EXT. NESTS, AFRICA – DAY
We find ourselves in the African savannah. The sun is setting and the sky is turning a deep shade of orange as we slowly pan across the vast expanse.
We find KATE standing in the middle of the savannah, staring off into the horizon.
EXT. AIRPLANE, SOMEWHERE OVER THE ATLANTIC – DAY
We find KATE in an airplane, looking out the window at the clouds below.
EXT. BARCELONA, SPAIN – DAY
We find KATE walking through the winding streets of Barcelona. She looks around in wonder, taking in the sights.
EXT. CAFE, BARCELONA, SPAIN – DAY
We find KATE in a cafe, seated at a table. She is staring at a map of the city, deep in thought.
EXT. STREET, BARCELONA, SPAIN – DAY
We find KATE walking down the street. She is lost in thought, not paying attention to her surroundings. Suddenly, she realizes she is being followed. She quickens her pace and tries to lose the figure.
EXT. ROOFTOP, BARCELONA, SPAIN – DAY
We find KATE on a rooftop, trying to get away from her pursuer. She is hiding behind an air conditioning unit, watching and waiting.
EXT. ALLEY, BARCELONA, SPAIN – NIGHT
We find KATE in a dark alley, her pursuer hot on her heels. She turns a corner and finds herself at a dead-end. She is trapped.
EXT. HOTEL, BARCELONA, SPAIN – DAY
We find KATE in a small hotel room. She is standing in front of the mirror, looking herself in the eye.
EXT. COURTYARD, BARCELONA, SPAIN – DAY
We find KATE in a small courtyard. She is seated on a bench, lost in thought.
EXT. VILLAGE, EL SALVADOR – DAY
We find KATE in a small village in El Salvador. She is surrounded by people in colorful traditional clothing. She is lost in thought, not paying attention to her surroundings.
EXT. COFFEE PLANTATION, EL SALVADOR – DAY
We find KATE walking through a coffee plantation. The sky is a deep blue and the sun is setting, casting a golden glow over the plantation. KATE stops and looks around, breathing in the air.
EXT. AIRPLANE, SOMEWHERE OVER THE PACIFIC – DAY
We find KATE in an airplane, looking out the window at the clouds below.
EXT. STREETS, HAWAII – DAY
We find KATE walking through the streets of Hawaii. She looks around in wonder, taking in the sights.
EXT. BEACH, HAWAII – DAY
We find KATE standing on a beach. She is lost in thought, not paying attention to her surroundings. Suddenly, she hears a voice behind her. It is a man, speaking in a language she does not understand.
KATE looks at the man, confused.
EXT. BEDROOM, HAWAII – DAY
We find KATE in a bedroom. She is seated at a desk, writing something in a notebook.
EXT. BEACH, HAWAII – DAY
We find KATE and the man walking along the beach. They are talking, but they do not understand each other’s language. They try to communicate through gestures, but it is clear they are not making much progress.
EXT. HOSPITAL, HAWAII – DAY
We find KATE in a hospital. She is standing in a hallway, looking around.
EXT. AIRPORT, HAWAII – DAY
We find KATE at the airport, boarding a plane. She looks out the window, lost in thought.
EXT. AIRPLANE, OVER THE PACIFIC – DAY
We find KATE in an airplane, looking out the window at the clouds below.
EXT. BEACH, BARCELONA, SPAIN – DAY
We find KATE back on the same beach where we found her in the beginning. She is standing in the same spot, staring out at the horizon.
The man she met in Hawaii is standing next to her. He is speaking in his native language, and as KATE listens, she slowly begins to understand.
They turn to each other and KATE smiles, understanding.
FADE OUT.
