The man’s beautiful young wife had disappeared under mysterious circumstances, and he was convinced that she had been kidnapped by a rival who was jealous of their happy marriage. Poirot was hesitant at first, but the man’s desperation and the lure of a potential adventure won him over.
He quickly found himself drawn into a dangerous triangle of deceit and intrigue, as he navigated the treacherous waters of upper class society. As he delved deeper into the case, Poirot realized that there was much more at stake than just one missing woman.
With the help of his trusted sidekick, Captain Hastings, and the alluring, mysterious Countess Vera Rossakoff, Poirot set out to uncover the truth and bring the perpetrators to justice. But as he drew closer to the heart of the conspiracy, Poirot found himself in grave danger, forced to confront his own mortality as he sailed towards a deadly confrontation on the high seas.
As the ship plowed through the choppy waters, Poirot’s mind raced with the evidence he had gathered. He was convinced that the missing woman was being held somewhere on board, and he was determined to find her before it was too late.
He spent hours pouring over the ship’s manifests and passenger lists, searching for any clues that might lead him to the kidnappers. But as the hours passed, his frustration grew. It seemed as if he was no closer to solving the case than when he had started.
Just when he was about to give up hope, a breakthrough came in the form of a cryptic message that was delivered to his cabin. It was from the missing woman, and it begged for Poirot’s help.

With the help of Hastings and Rossakoff, Poirot was able to free the captives and bring the kidnappers to justice. As the ship docked in port and the sun began to rise, Poirot couldn’t help but feel a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. He had solved yet another case, and he knew that he would always be ready and willing to defend justice, no matter where his travels took him.

Interior. Luxurious yacht. Evening.
Detective Hercule Poirot sits in a plush armchair, sipping a cup of tea. He is on vacation in Egypt, enjoying the sun and the sea.
Suddenly, the door bursts open and a panicked woman rushes in. It is Miss Penelope Ridgeway, a socialite and the owner of the yacht.
Miss Ridgeway: Mr. Poirot! Thank goodness you’re here! I’m in terrible trouble.
Poirot: What seems to be the problem, mademoiselle?
Miss Ridgeway: It’s my husband, Mr. Ridgeway. He’s missing. And I fear the worst.
Poirot: Missing? That is indeed troubling. Can you tell me more about the circumstances?
Miss Ridgeway: We were supposed to go on a cruise down the Nile, but he never showed up. And now I’ve received this letter.
She hands Poirot a letter, written in a shaky hand. Poirot reads it carefully.
Poirot: I see. This letter suggests that your husband has been kidnapped.
Miss Ridgeway: Yes. And I fear that he may be in grave danger. Please, Mr. Poirot, can you help me?
Poirot: I will do my best, mademoiselle. But first, I must gather more information.
Poirot begins to investigate, interviewing the crew and passengers of the yacht. He quickly learns that Mr. Ridgeway was involved in a dangerous love triangle, with a beautiful and mysterious woman named Ms. Khaled.
As Poirot delves deeper into the case, he uncovers a web of lies and deceit. It becomes clear that someone on board the yacht is responsible for Mr. Ridgeway’s disappearance.
But who? And how can Poirot find the culprit before it’s too late?
Poirot continues his investigation, using his formidable powers of deduction to uncover the truth.
In the end, he is able to solve the case and bring the guilty party to justice.
