Chapter One
The sun shone brightly on the picturesque golf course of the Richmond Hills Country Club. The members, dressed in their finest golfing garments, were out in force on the lush green grass. All seemed peaceful, but then a strange sight appeared on the horizon. It was a large, black gopher, hopping along in search of food.
Little did the golfers know that this small creature would soon create quite a ruckus. As the gopher hopped along, it left a distinctive trail of destruction in its wake, digging holes in the grass and eating away at the expensive landscaping.
At the same time, a new member of the club was making an unusual entrance. He was a tall, muscular man clad in a flashy suit and a wide-brimmed hat. He sauntered towards the club, puffing on an enormous cigar and shouting out an eerie battle cry.
Chapter Two
The members of the exclusive country club were aghast at the strange behavior of the new member and the destructive gopher. They quickly gathered together to discuss the situation, wondering
what to do with the new arrival and the pesky rodent.
The club captain stepped up to take charge, calling for a security guard to escort the man off the premises. The guard approached warily, barely able to contain his laughter at the ridiculousness of the situation. As he made to gently remove the man from the premises, a loud voice rang out from the direction of the club door.
It belonged to the club’s newest member, a rich and powerful business tycoon. He had just arrived and demanded to know why his friend and the gopher were being escorted off the premises. The rich man announced that he was ready to take the man and the gopher under his wing and pay for any damage they caused.
Chapter Three
The club captain and the security guard were taken aback by the rich man’s offer. The captain explained that the new member and the gopher had caused a great deal of damage and that they would need to pay for the repairs.
The tycoon was unfazed and declared that he was more than willing to cover the costs and ensure that the man and the gopher were allowed to remain at the club. The captain and the security guard reluctantly agreed, and the new member and the gopher were allowed to stay.
The club members were shocked but secretly pleased. After all, the club could now boast a new, wealthy member, and the gopher provided an amusing distraction from the monotony of golfing.
The gopher was allowed to remain on the course, but the members soon realized that the rodent had a penchant for dancing as it hopped around. On the golf course, the gopher would often break out into a jig, punctuating its moves with a loud and raucous squeal. The members couldn’t help but laugh at the sight of the little creature’s antics.
Chapter Four
The members of the club couldn’t help but be amused by the antics of the gopher, and their new friend’s willingness to pay for any damages. Soon, the gopher and the man became a regular sight around the club, and everyone grew to love the furry little character.

Chapter Five
The gopher and the man had become a fixture at the club, but soon the man began to feel frustrated. Despite his newfound popularity, he was still the same broke man he had always been. He thought long and hard about how he could improve his life, and soon he came up with an ambitious plan.
The man decided he would use the club’s resources to open a golf school, teaching children and adults the fundamentals of the game. He was sure thiswould make him a lot of money, and he was right.
The golf school was a massive success, and soon the man was able to support himself and his family. He even bought a small house nearby and moved his family to the area.
The man was able to give back to the club that had helped him, donating money to cover the damage caused by the gophers and sponsoring various events around the club. The members were very grateful, and they were all very proud of their newfound friend.
Chapter Six
The man and gopher were now a fully-fledged part of the country club, and everyone around them was very happy. Even the gophers were content; they found a safe place to call home and plenty of tasty greens to feast on.
The man used his newfound wealth to give back to the club, and the members were grateful. He paid for the repairs caused by the gophers, organized golf tournaments and even donated money to the local charities.

A beautiful, sprawling golf course is bathed in the warm light of the sun. The ENTIRETY of the course is lush and green and it sparkles in the sunlight.
Suddenly, a small black gopher hops out of a nearby sand trap. The gopher immediately starts to wreak havoc on the golf course – digging small holes, eating away at the expensive landscaping, and leaving a trail of destruction in its wake.
The golfers look on in shock and horror as the gopher continues its rampage.
EXT. CLUBHOUSE – DAY
Suddenly, a new member of the club strides out from the clubhouse. He is a tall, muscular man clad in a flashy suit and wide-brimmed hat. Puffing on an enormous cigar, he saunters towards the golfers and shouts out an eerie battle cry.
The golfers back away in confusion and fear.
EXT. GOLF COURSE – DAY
The new member walks up to the gopher and pats its back in a friendly manner. He begins to talk to it affectionately, as if it were a pet.
The golfers stand in awe as they witness this unlikely friendship.
Suddenly, the club’s newest member, a rich and powerful business tycoon, arrives and demands to know why his friend and the gopher are being escorted off the premises. He announces that he is willing to take the man and the gopher under his wing and cover any damage they cause.
The golfers are stunned, but happy to hear this news.
EXT. CLUBHOUSE – DAY
The man and the gopher remain friends and companions. The gopher visits the golf course frequently and they both bring joy and laughter to all the members of the club.

EXT. GOLF COURSE – DAY
The day is filled with laughter and merriment as the gopher plays and dances around the golf course. The members of the club look on with delight, amused by its antics.
Suddenly, the gopher’s performance takes an unexpected turn when it begins to break out into a jig, punctuating its moves with a loud and raucous squeal. The members can’t help but laugh and cheer at the little creature’s enthusiasm.
EXT. CLUBHOUSE – DAY
The man and gopher, now a fully-fledged part of the club, take a break from the golf course. They both relax and have a few beers while they enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
EXT. STREET – DAY
The man and gopher move on to a nearby street, where the man begins to use the resources of the club to open a golf school. He quickly amasses a large student base, teaching children and adults the fundamentals of the game.
EXT. HOUSE – DAY
The man is able to use his newfound wealth to purchase a house for his family and moves them to the area. The family is overjoyed and looks forward to their new life in the country club.
EXT. CLUBHOUSE – DAY
The man is able to give back to the club that has helped him, donating money to cover the damage caused by the gophers and sponsoring various events around the club. The members are very grateful, and they are all very proud of their newfound friend.
EXT. GOLF COURSE – DAY
The golfers gather around the man and gopher and present them with special awards, recognizing them both for their contribution to the club.

The man and gopher continue to entertain the members of the club, playing golf, dancing around the green and bringing smiles and laughter to all. They are a part of the club’s history, and remembered fondly by all.

The camera pans out and fades to black as we see the man and gopher, surrounded by the members of the country club, happily enjoying their successes and companionship.

The gopher continues to make its rounds around the course, delighting the golfers with its energy and enthusiasm. The golfers look on fondly as the gopher struts its stuff, stopping here and there to take a bite of grass or to show off a new dance move.

The gopher is a local celebrity, and it is not unusual to find it out and about in the park. It greets the local children with its loud and raucous squeals, much to their delight.

The camera pans out and fades to black as we see the man and gopher, happy and content in the country club. They will be remembered fondly by all, and they will be an integral part of the club’s history.
