Prologue:

In the year 1988, an explosion in Tokyo triggered a cataclysmic event that destroyed the city and killed millions. After that, the world was never the same. Nations rose and fell, and in the ruins of old Tokyo, a new city emerged – Neo-Tokyo.

Neo-Tokyo is a place of contrasts. On the surface, it’s a glittering metropolis, full of neon lights and high-tech gadgetry. But beneath the surface, it’s a city in crisis, plagued by social turmoil, political corruption, and organized crime.

The story of Neo-Tokyo begins with a secret military project called Akira. Akira was an experiment in psychokinetic abilities, and the military hoped it would give them an edge in the global power struggle.

But Akira went terribly wrong. During a catastrophic event, the experiment was abandoned, and the only subject left alive was a young boy named Akira.

The military tried to cover up the disaster, but they couldn’t contain the fallout. People began to develop psychic abilities, and out of fear and ignorance, they were hunted down and either killed or taken in for experimentation.

As Neo-Tokyo struggles to rebuild itself, a new threat emerges: the psychopath Tetsuo, a former member of a biker gang, who stumbles upon the Akira project and becomes a rampaging psychic monster.

Now, only two teenagers and a group of psychics can stop Tetsuo and save Neo-Tokyo from utter destruction.

Chapter 1: “The Incident”

Everything was normal that day. Kaneda, the leader of the Capsules, one of the many biker gangs that roam the city, was out on a joyride with his best friend Tetsuo. It was meant to be a fun day, but things quickly spiraled out of control when they ran into a rival gang.

After a heated exchange, the rival gang chased Kaneda and Tetsuo into the heart of the city. Desperate to get away, they stumbled upon the construction site of the new Olympic Stadium. But as they raced through the abandoned site, they were suddenly confronted by the military.

Kaneda and Tetsuo found themselves staring down the barrels of guns. The military had been tracking the biker gang for weeks, hoping to catch them in the act of stealing illegal drugs. But what they found was far more than they could have ever anticipated.

Tetsuo, terrified and feeling trapped, tried to run. But in his attempt to escape, he stumbled upon a small boy in a cryogenic state. The boy’s name was Akira, the product of a failed military experiment in psychic powers. Tetsuo was drawn to the boy’s power, and in that moment, everything changed.

Energy surged from Akira, engulfing Tetsuo in a blinding light. Kaneda watched in horror as his friend was transformed into something else, something inhuman. Tetsuo’s new-found psychic powers were rapidly expanding and taking over his mind.

The military quickly evacuated the site, leaving behind the now-rampaging Tetsuo. Kaneda, determined to save his friend, chased after him. He didn’t understand what was happening, but he knew he couldn’t leave Tetsuo alone in his current state.

As Kaneda chased after Tetsuo, he stumbled upon a small group of psychics who were investigating the Akira project. They quickly realized the danger that Tetsuo posed, and they joined Kaneda in the fight to stop him.

But it won’t be easy. Tetsuo is now a monster, consumed by his own power, and determined to take over Neo-Tokyo. The psychics and Kaneda must stop him before it’s too late.

Chapter 2: “The Unstoppable Tetsuo”

Kaneda drove his motorcycle through the crowded streets of Neo-Tokyo, trying to catch up to his friend Tetsuo. He had just witnessed Tetsuo develop a strange and terrifying ability while evading the police, and Kaneda was determined to find out what was going on.

As he rode, Kaneda thought back to when he and Tetsuo were just kids, racing through the streets on their bikes. They were part of a biker gang called the Capsules, and they had been inseparable ever since. But things had changed since then. Kaneda had grown up a little, but Tetsuo was still stuck in the past, always trying to prove himself and gain power.

That’s why Kaneda wasn’t surprised when Tetsuo got into trouble with the police. He had always been reckless, and Kaneda had bailed him out of scrapes before. But this was different. Tetsuo had exhibited a strange power, one that Kaneda had never seen before. He knew he had to find out more.

Kaneda finally caught up to Tetsuo, who was now on foot and running through the city. “Tetsuo, what’s going on?” Kaneda yelled, trying to get his attention.

Tetsuo turned around, and Kaneda was shocked at what he saw. Tetsuo’s face was twisted in rage, and his eyes were glowing with an eerie light. Sparks of electricity crackled around his body, and Kaneda could feel the hair on his arms standing on end.

“Tetsuo, calm down,” Kaneda said, trying to approach him slowly.

But Tetsuo wasn’t listening. He raised his arm and sent a blast of energy shooting towards Kaneda. Kaneda dodged just in time, but the blast hit a nearby building, causing it to crumble to the ground.

Kaneda realized then that Tetsuo was out of control. Whatever power he had gained was driving him mad, and he was now a danger to everyone around him. Kaneda knew he had to find help, and fast. He had heard rumors of a group of psychics who were trying to stop the Akira project, the same project that had given Tetsuo his powers. He had to find them.

Kaneda raced through the city, dodging debris and explosions as Tetsuo rampaged through Neo-Tokyo. He was looking for any sign of the psychics, but it was hard to tell who was who in the chaos. Finally, he saw a group of people gathered in a nearby alleyway, all with strange markings on their bodies. Kaneda approached them cautiously.

“Who are you?” he asked.

“We’re the psychics,” one of them answered. “We’ve been tracking Tetsuo since he first got his powers. We need to stop him before it’s too late.”

Kaneda breathed a sigh of relief. He knew he had found the right people. “I’ll help you,” he said. “But how are we going to stop him?”

The psychics explained that they had been working on a plan to use their own powers to counter Tetsuo’s. But they needed someone on the ground to distract him and keep him occupied while they set up their attack. Kaneda volunteered.

They set off towards Tetsuo, who was now in the middle of a busy street, wreaking havoc. Kaneda revved his motorcycle and charged towards him, drawing Tetsuo’s attention away from the psychics. Tetsuo was too powerful for Kaneda to defeat on his own, but he was able to keep him occupied long enough for the psychics to prepare their attack.

The psychics unleashed their powers, and Tetsuo was caught off guard. The energy surrounding him dissipated, and he fell to the ground, unconscious.

Kaneda breathed a sigh of relief. They had stopped Tetsuo, at least for now. But he knew it was only the beginning. They had to find out more about the Akira project, and why Tetsuo had been affected by it. And they had to stop the military from using it again.

Kaneda and the psychics took Tetsuo to a safe location, where they could monitor him and try to figure out a way to reverse the effects of the Akira project. But even as they worked, they knew that more trouble was brewing. The military was still after Tetsuo, and they would stop at nothing to get him back. Kaneda and the psychics would have to be ready for whatever came next.

CHAPTER 3: “The Resistance”

Kaneda and the psychics had joined forces to track down Tetsuo, but it was proving to be a daunting task. Tetsuo’s powers had grown immensely, and he was causing more destruction than ever before. The military was closing in on him, but the group knew they had to act fast before Tetsuo destroyed everything.

They spent days trying to track down Tetsuo’s movements, but he seemed to be one step ahead of them at all times. They were growing more and more desperate, until one day they received a tip about a secret military facility that was believed to be connected to the Akira project.

Kaneda and the group set out to investigate the facility, hoping to find some answers about Tetsuo and the project. They made their way through the facility’s security measures, and finally found themselves face to face with a group of military officials.

“What are you doing here?” one of the officials demanded.

“We’re looking for answers,” Kaneda replied. “We know you’re involved in the Akira project, and we need to know what’s going on.”

The officials were hesitant to share any information, but the group’s psychic abilities allowed them to read the officials’ thoughts. They discovered that the Akira project was far more sinister than they had originally thought. The project was designed to create a new breed of psychics, ones that could be controlled by the military.

Tetsuo had accidentally stumbled upon the project, and his contact with the project’s subject had given him immense powers, but also a dangerous thirst for power. The officials informed the group that Tetsuo was now their top priority, and they would stop at nothing to bring him in.

The group knew they had to act fast. They couldn’t let the military get their hands on Tetsuo, or the situation would only escalate. They hatched a plan to infiltrate the military base where Tetsuo was believed to be hiding.

They gathered their weapons and psychic abilities, and prepared for the fight of their lives. They knew that Tetsuo was incredibly powerful, but they also knew they had to stop him before he destroyed Neo-Tokyo.

As they approached the military base, they could feel the tension in the air. The military was on high alert, and they were prepared for a fight. Kaneda and the psychics used their abilities to take out the guards, but the military was ready for them.

Tetsuo emerged from the base, and the group could feel his power pulsing through the air. They knew they had to use everything they had to stop him. The psychics used their abilities to try and weaken him, but Tetsuo was too strong.

Kaneda stepped up to the plate, determined to save his friend and stop the destruction. He charged at Tetsuo with all his might, and the two engaged in a fierce battle that shook the ground beneath them.

Kaneda could feel his own powers growing stronger with each passing moment. He knew he had to use them to defeat Tetsuo, even if it meant sacrificing himself in the process.

With a final surge of energy, Kaneda managed to weaken Tetsuo enough to knock him unconscious. The group knew they had won the battle, but the cost was great. Neo-Tokyo was in ruins, and many lives had been lost.

As the group looked out at the destruction, they knew they had to start rebuilding. But they also knew that their fight was far from over. The Akira project was still a threat, and there were likely others like Tetsuo out there, waiting to be unleashed.

Kaneda and the psychics vowed to continue fighting for the safety of their city, no matter what the cost. They knew they couldn’t bring back the lives that had been lost, but they could work to prevent any more destruction from occurring.

As they left the military base, Kaneda looked back one last time at the ruins of Neo-Tokyo. He knew that the city would never be the same, but he was determined to build a new future, one that was safe and prosperous for everyone.

Chapter 4: “The Betrayal”

Kaneda and the group of psychics are hot on the trail of Tetsuo, determined to track him down and put an end to his destruction once and for all. But as they delve deeper into the conspiracy behind the Akira project, they begin to realize that they’re not the only ones with secrets to hide.

One night, as the group sits around a table in a dimly lit basement, discussing their next move, they are interrupted by a sudden commotion outside. Kaneda and one of the psychics, a young woman named Kei, rush to the door to investigate.

As they peek outside, they see a handful of government agents in full combat gear, armed with high-powered rifles and surrounded by armored vehicles. Kaneda quickly realizes that they’re here for them.

“Everyone, grab your things and get out the back!” he shouts, turning to face the others. “We’ve got company!”

The group springs into action, grabbing their weapons and equipment and rushing for the exit. But as they run down the hallway, they hear a loud explosion, and suddenly the walls start to cave in around them.

The group is thrown off their feet, and they scramble to get back up as debris rains down around them. Kaneda and Kei are separated from the others, caught in the middle of the chaos.

As they struggle to stay on their feet, they hear footsteps approaching from behind. Kaneda whirls around, ready to fight, but he’s stopped short when he recognizes the man standing before him.

It’s Ryu, one of their own – a former biker gang member who joined their cause after Tetsuo’s powers got out of hand. But now, he’s standing in front of them, a sly grin on his face.

“Hello, Kaneda,” he says. “Long time no see.”

Kaneda’s heart sinks as he realizes what’s happening. Ryu has been working with the government all along, using the group’s resources and information to further their own agenda.

“You traitor!” Kaneda snarls, lunging forward with his fists raised. But Ryu is too quick, and he sidesteps with ease.

“Now, now, don’t be hasty,” he says smoothly. “I’m not here to hurt you. In fact, I’m here to make you an offer.”

Kei steps forward, her eyes blazing with anger. “We don’t want anything from you,” she says. “You’ve already done enough damage.”

Ryu chuckles. “Oh, but I think you’ll be interested in what I have to say. You see, I know where Tetsuo is hiding. And I can take you to him.”

Kaneda and Kei exchange a wary glance. They know they can’t trust Ryu, but they also know they need to find Tetsuo before it’s too late.

“All right,” Kaneda says, gritting his teeth. “Take us to him. But one wrong move, and you’re dead.”

Ryu smirks. “Deal.”

The trio sets off into the night, armed and ready for a fight. As they make their way through the darkened streets of Neo-Tokyo, Kaneda can’t help but feel a growing sense of dread in the pit of his stomach.

He knows that whatever they’re about to face, it’s not going to be easy. But he also knows that they can’t give up – not when the fate of the city is at stake.

Finally, they arrive at an abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of the city. As they approach, they see a faint glow emanating from the windows – a sure sign that they’re on the right track.

Kaneda signals to Kei to take the left flank, while he and Ryu move in from the right. They approach the door cautiously, guns at the ready.

Kaneda reaches for the handle, but before he can turn it, Ryu snatches the gun from his hand.

“What the hell?” Kaneda yells, but it’s too late. Ryu has already turned the gun on him, a cold grin on his face.

“I’m sorry, Kaneda,” he says. “But I’m afraid I can’t let you interfere any further. The government has big plans for Tetsuo, and you and your little group of rebels are getting in the way.”

Kaneda curses under his breath as he realizes the extent of Ryu’s betrayal. He struggles to keep his cool, knowing that any sudden movements could mean the end of him.

But before Ryu can fire, he’s knocked off his feet by a sudden blast of energy from behind. Kei steps into view, her eyes glowing with psychic power.

“That’s enough, Ryu,” she says icily. “We’re taking you in.”

Ryu groans as he tries to get back up, but Kaneda and Kei have him surrounded. There’s no way out.

“You won’t get away with this,” Ryu spits, blood trickling down the side of his face. “The government will find you. They’re everywhere.”

Kaneda snorts. “We’ll take our chances.”

They take Ryu into custody, and he’s quickly dispatched to a secure location for interrogation. But the damage has been done – their mission has been compromised, and they know they’re running out of time to stop Tetsuo and the Akira project.

As they regroup and try to come up with a new plan, Kaneda can’t help but feel a sense of despair creeping in. Their allies are turning against them, and the future of the city hangs in the balance.

But he also knows that they can’t give up – not now, not ever. They have to keep fighting, no matter what the cost. Because if they don’t, Neo-Tokyo will be lost forever.

Chapter 5: “The Showdown”

Kaneda and his group of psychics finally track Tetsuo down to a secret military facility on the outskirts of Neo-Tokyo. As they approach the facility, they can hear the sounds of explosions and gunfire in the distance. They know they’re running out of time to stop Tetsuo before he destroys everything.

The group moves carefully through the facility, using their powers to avoid detection. They can sense Tetsuo’s power growing stronger by the minute, and they know they have to act fast. They finally reach the room where Tetsuo is being held, and they burst in ready to take him down.

Tetsuo is standing in the center of the room, surrounded by debris and destruction. His eyes are glowing with an otherworldly power, and his body is pulsating with energy. Kaneda can feel the waves of power coming off of him, and he knows this won’t be an easy fight.

The group of psychics uses their abilities to try and bring Tetsuo down. They’re able to deflect his energy blasts and send him flying through the air, but nothing seems to be stopping him. Tetsuo is too powerful, and he’s growing more and more unstable with each passing moment.

Kaneda steps forward, determined to save his friend and stop the destruction. He can feel the power of Tetsuo’s energy radiating off of him, and he knows he’s taking a huge risk. But he also knows that he’s the only one who can stop Tetsuo.

Kaneda concentrates, drawing on all of his psychic abilities. He focuses all of his energy into his hands and unleashes a powerful blast of energy at Tetsuo. The blast hits him square in the chest, and Tetsuo staggers backward.

For a moment, it seems like they’ve won. But then Tetsuo’s power explodes, and everything around them is consumed in a blinding light. The facility shakes and crumbles around them, and Kaneda and the psychics are thrown to the ground.

When the dust settles and the light fades, Kaneda can see that Tetsuo is still standing. But he’s changed – his body is now a mass of writhing tentacles, and he’s grown to an enormous size. He’s become a monster.

Kaneda and the psychics know they’re in over their heads. They’re outmatched and outgunned, and they’re running out of options. But they refuse to give up. They know they have to stop Tetsuo, no matter what it takes.

The group uses every trick they have to try and bring Tetsuo down. They work together, using their powers to deflect Tetsuo’s attacks and strike back with all their might. But Tetsuo is too powerful, and he seems unstoppable.

Just when all seems lost, a voice rings out from the back of the room. It’s the voice of the project’s creator, a man named Doctor K, who had been thought to be dead. He’s been hiding in the shadows, watching the battle unfold.

“Stop this madness, Tetsuo!” he shouts. “You’re destroying everything! You’re destroying yourself!”

Tetsuo pauses for a moment, seemingly taking in Doctor K’s words. Kaneda sees an opening and takes it, using his powers to strike Tetsuo in the chest. This time, Tetsuo staggers and falls to the ground.

The psychics move in, using their powers to contain Tetsuo’s energy. They’re able to bring him back to his senses, and he reverts back to his human form. For a moment, it seems like they’ve won.

But then Tetsuo starts to convulse, his body wracked with pain. The psychics can sense that something is wrong – Tetsuo’s powers are out of control, and he’s about to explode.

Kaneda knows what he has to do. He concentrates all of his power into one final blast, aimed directly at Tetsuo. The blast hits him at full force, and Tetsuo explodes in a shower of energy.

When the smoke clears, Tetsuo is gone. The facility is destroyed, but Neo-Tokyo is safe. Kaneda and the psychics look around at the devastation, feeling a mix of sadness and relief.

But they know this is just the beginning. They’ve won the battle, but the war is far from over. They must continue to fight against the forces of evil, to protect their city and ensure a better future for all.

Chapter 6: “The Aftermath”

The battle was won, but at a great cost. Tetsuo was defeated, but at what cost? Neo-Tokyo was in ruins, and the group was left to pick up the pieces and try to rebuild. Kaneda and his friends, now battered and beaten, looked out over the destruction that had been wrought by Tetsuo’s incredible power.

The city was a smoldering ruin, buildings reduced to rubble, and the sky was darkened with ash and smoke. As they looked out over the desolation, they knew that nothing would ever be the same. The city they had grown up in had been destroyed, and it was up to them to build a new future.

Kaneda was the first to speak, his voice hoarse from the smoke that still hung in the air. “We did it,” he said, his voice barely above a whisper. “We stopped him.”

“Yeah,” one of the psychics said, her voice shaky. “But at what cost?”

They looked at each other, unable to answer the question. They had lost so many friends in the battle, and the city was in shambles. But they had also prevented Tetsuo from causing even more destruction, and for that, they felt a sense of relief.

As they stood there, a group of military personnel approached them. They were led by Colonel Shikishima, the same man who had been leading the Akira project. Kaneda tensed, ready for a fight, but the colonel held up his hands in surrender.

“I know we’ve had our differences in the past,” he said, “but I want to thank you. You saved the city, and you saved the world.”

Kaneda eyed him skeptically, but the colonel continued. “We were wrong to experiment with psychokinetic abilities,” he said. “We were playing with forces we didn’t fully understand. You showed us that.”

The group looked at each other, unsure of what to make of the colonel’s words. They had always seen the military as the enemy, but now they weren’t so sure.

The colonel turned to leave, but paused for a moment. “I hope that someday we can work together,” he said, before walking away.

Kaneda watched him go, unsure of what to think. The colonel had been one of their biggest enemies, but now he was extending an olive branch. Could they really work together after everything that had happened?

The group was silent as they started to make their way out of the city. They passed by the wreckage of buildings and the bodies of their fallen friends, and the weight of what they had just been through started to sink in.

As they walked, the group came across a group of survivors who were huddled together in a makeshift shelter. They were dirty and wounded, but alive. The group approached them, offering what little help they could.

“We’ll help you,” Kaneda said, his voice determined. “We’ll help you rebuild the city.”

The survivors looked at them gratefully, tears in their eyes. For the first time since the battle, the group felt a sense of hope. They had stopped Tetsuo, but their work was far from over.

Days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months. The group worked tirelessly to help rebuild the city, using their skills and abilities to create a new future. They worked alongside the military, who were slowly starting to earn their trust.

As the city started to take shape, the group started to come to terms with what they had been through. They mourned the loss of their friends, but also celebrated the fact that they had prevented Tetsuo from causing even more destruction.

Kaneda spent much of his time working with the psychics, trying to find a way to use their abilities for good. They formed a new organization, one that would ensure the safety of the city and prevent something like this from happening again.

As they worked, Kaneda noticed that the psychics were changing. They were becoming more confident, more independent. They no longer needed him to lead them – they were ready to stand on their own.

The city slowly started to come back to life, and Kaneda realized that they had truly created a new future. They had stopped Tetsuo, but they had also shown the world what they were capable of. They were survivors, and they were ready to face whatever challenges came their way.

Kaneda looked out over the city, now alive with energy and hope. He smiled, knowing that they had done their part to make the world a better place. They had fought for their future, and they had won.

Chapter 7: “The Future”

Years have passed since the devastating events that brought Neo-Tokyo to its knees. The city is slowly but surely rebuilding, and the people are learning how to move forward in a new world. Kaneda has become a respected leader in the city, working tirelessly to ensure that what happened during the Akira project never happens again.

Kaneda is now in his forties, but he still feels the weight of the past on his shoulders. He spends most of his days working with the psychics who fought alongside him, trying to help the city heal. They all know that the world will never be the same after what happened, but they’re determined to create a better future.

One afternoon, Kaneda is sitting in his office when he receives a call from one of the psychics. “Kaneda, you need to come to the lab right away,” she says urgently. “We’ve made a breakthrough.”

Kaneda rushes to the lab, his heart pounding with anticipation. When he arrives, he sees the group of psychics huddled around a large machine, its screens flashing with data. “What’s going on?” he asks, breathlessly.

“We’ve been working on a way to harness the same psychokinetic energy that Tetsuo had,” the psychic explains. “But instead of creating a monster, we can use it to power the city.”

Kaneda’s eyes widen in amazement. “You mean, we can have clean energy? No more pollution?”

The psychic nods. “That’s exactly what we mean. With this technology, we can revolutionize the way we live. And it’s all thanks to what we learned during the Akira project.”

Kaneda looks around at the faces of his team, all of them beaming with pride and excitement. He knows that this is the future they’ve been fighting for. “Let’s do it,” he says. “Let’s create a better world.”

Over the next few years, Neo-Tokyo undergoes a remarkable transformation. The psychics use their newfound technology to create clean energy, powering the city and allowing it to thrive. The people of Neo-Tokyo begin to heal, and they learn how to build a new world that is stronger and kinder than the old one.

Kaneda watches all of this with a sense of pride and wonder. He knows that the road to this future was long and hard, with many sacrifices made along the way. But he also knows that it was worth it.

One day, as he walks through the city, Kaneda feels a tap on his shoulder. He turns around to see a young boy, no more than ten years old, staring up at him with wide eyes. “Are you Kaneda?” the boy asks.

Kaneda nods, surprised. “Yes, I am. How can I help you?”

The boy smiles. “My parents told me about you. They said you’re the reason why Neo-Tokyo is so great now. They said you saved us all.”

Kaneda kneels down to the boy’s level, touched by his words. “I didn’t do it alone,” he says. “I had help from a lot of people. But yes, I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished.”

The boy grins. “I want to be like you when I grow up. I want to help people and make the world a better place.”

Kaneda takes the boy’s hand in his own, feeling a sense of hope and promise for the future. “You can do it,” he says. “We all can. We just have to be willing to work hard and never give up.”

As Kaneda walks away, he feels a sense of peace wash over him. He knows that the road ahead will still be hard, with many challenges to face. But he also knows that, with the help of the people he loves and the city he’s dedicated his life to, he can face anything.

And so, Neo-Tokyo continues to grow and thrive, a beacon of hope in a world that can be dark and uncertain. Kaneda and his friends know that the future will always be uncertain, but they also know that together, they can overcome anything. The end.

Alright, let’s do this. We’ll reconvene here in 24 hours with everything we’ve gathered.

The group disperses, and Kaneda and Kei head out on Kaneda’s motorcycle.

EXT. CITY STREETS – DAY

As Kaneda and Kei speed through the city, they discuss their next move.

KEI

I don’t trust everyone in the group. There’s a mole among us.

KANEDA

I know. But we don’t have time to figure out who it is now. We need to focus on taking down the government.

KEI

I just hope we’re not too late.

KANEDA

We won’t be. I have a feeling we’re about to discover something big.

They come to a stop at a red light, and Kaneda looks around nervously.

KANEDA (CONT’D)

Do you feel that?

KEI

What?

Kaneda looks up to the sky as a helicopter flies overhead.

KANEDA

We’re being watched.

KEI

We need to move.

They speed off as the helicopter follows close behind.

FADE OUT.

Scene 5

FADE IN:

EXT. SECRET MILITARY FACILITY – NIGHT

Kaneda and the psychics stand at the entrance of the facility. They exchange nervous glances as they prepare to face Tetsuo.

KANEDA:

(whispering)

Alright, we need to keep our wits about us. We can take him down, but we need to work together.

The group nods in agreement.

SAKURA:

(whispering)

I’ll use my powers to keep him distracted. Everyone else, attack with everything you’ve got.

The group splits up, taking different routes into the facility.

INT. SECRET MILITARY FACILITY – NIGHT

Tetsuo is in the center of the room, surrounded by a group of soldiers. He’s glowing with power, and his abilities are causing chaos all around him.

Kaneda enters the room, followed by his group of psychics. Tetsuo turns to face them, a look of madness in his eyes.

TETSUO:

(voice booming)

You fools! Do you really think you can stop me?

SAKURA:

(determined)

We have to try.

Sakura raises her hands, and a wave of energy shoots towards Tetsuo. He deflects it easily, sending it flying back towards the group.

Kaneda and the other psychics jump into action, using their own powers to try and subdue Tetsuo. But he’s too strong, too powerful.

The soldiers raise their guns, ready to fire at any moment.

KANEDA:

(yelling)

Get back! This is our fight!

The soldiers hesitate, unsure of what to do.

Suddenly, Tetsuo’s power surges even higher. The ground starts to shake, and the walls begin to crack.

KANEDA:

(desperate)

We have to take him down now!

The group channels all of their energy towards Tetsuo, creating a blinding light.

FADE OUT.
