Prologue

Together, the unlikely trio set out across the changing landscape, braving treacherous ice bridges and terrifying cliffs. But when they stumbled upon an orphaned human infant, their journey took on a new purpose. They would return the baby to its family, no matter what dangers they faced along the way.
Chapter 1: “The Meltdown Begins”
The winter had been long, but Manny knew that the worst was yet to come. He had been trudging through the snow for days, his massive tusks plowing through the drifts. Diego, his companion on this journey, was nowhere to be seen. The saber-toothed tiger had gone off on his own, as he often did, hunting for food or seeking solitude.

Chapter 3: “Dangerous Terrain”

As they continue their journey, Diego is shaken by the close call. He realizes that his life has been forever changed by his alliance with Manny and Sid. Despite his initial reservations, he has come to care for the infant and his newfound friends.
As night falls, the group sets up camp on the edge of a steep cliff. Diego, still shaken from his brush with death, volunteers to stay awake and keep watch. The others settle in for the night, grateful for the warmth and safety of their makeshift shelter.
Suddenly, they are jolted awake by a loud rumbling sound. The cliff beneath them is giving way, and they are quickly sliding down the slope. In a panic, they grab onto anything they can find, trying to stop the momentum.
Manny, Diego, and Sid struggle to keep from tumbling over the edge. Finally, they manage to grab onto a sturdy tree root, which stops their descent. They slowly make their way back up the slope, shaken by the experience.
As they catch their breath, they hear the distant sound of growling. They know that they must stay alert, as they are never truly safe in a world filled with predators.
In the distance, they spot a pack of wolves descending on them. The trio quickly takes shelter behind a large boulder, hoping to avoid detection. The wolves begin to circle, sensing the presence of prey.
As the situation grows increasingly tense, Manny realizes that they have no choice but to fight. They emerge from their hiding place, ready to take on their attackers.
In a brutal fight, the trio proves themselves to be formidable opponents. Manny uses his immense strength to take out several wolves at once, while Diego relies on his speed and agility to outmaneuver his foes. Sid, too, proves his worth, using his quick thinking to devise clever strategies.
Finally, after what feels like an eternity, the wolves retreat, vanquished. The trio is battered and bruised, but victorious. They know that they have just narrowly escaped death, and that their journey will only become more perilous from here on out.

Chapter 4: “Lost and Found”
The cold wind howled through the valley as the trio of Manny, Diego, and Sid trudged through the snow. But as they reached the edge of a cliff, the unexpected happened. The ground beneath their feet gave way, and they were plunged into the darkness.
Manny was the first to regain his bearings. As he looked around, he could see nothing but darkness. “Diego? Sid?” he called out. There was no answer. He tried to move forward, but a shooting pain ran through his side. He had been injured in the fall.

Manny, Sid, and the baby scrambled onto Diego’s back as he raced through the narrow streets of the camp. The humans were hot on their heels, but they couldn’t keep up with the speed of the trio.
Finally, they reached the edge of the camp and emerged into the open air. Manny, Sid, and the baby hopped off of Diego’s back, breathing heavily.
“We almost didn’t make it,” Sid gasped, clutching his side.
“But we did,” Manny replied, a fierce glint in his eye. “And now we have to protect this baby from Soto and his pack.”

Manny stops and sniffs the air, then looks at Diego and Sid.
MANNY
Do you smell that?
DIEGO
(smelling the air)
Smells like trouble.
SID
(nervously)
Should we turn back?
Manny looks around, then sees something on the ground in front of them.

What’s that?
He approaches the object and picks it up, holding it out for the others to see.

Manny, Diego, and Sid are trudging through the snow, each with the baby nestled in their arms.
Manny: “Can we please take a break? My legs are killing me.”
Diego: “We can’t stop now. We have to keep moving.”
Sid: “Besides, we’re making great time! We’ll be back to the humans in no time!”
Manny rolls his eyes as they continue on. Suddenly, a small creature pops out from behind a tree.
Crash: “Hey, wait up!”
Eddie: “Yeah, don’t leave us behind!”
Manny: “Who are you guys?”
Crash: “I’m Crash, and this is Eddie. We’re just a couple of fun-loving possums.”
Eddie: “We heard you’re headed to the humans’ camp. Mind if we tag along?”
Sid: “The more the merrier!”
The group continues on, with Crash and Eddie providing comic relief along the way. As night falls, they huddle together for warmth.
Manny: “I still can’t believe we’re doing this.”
Diego: “What, taking care of a helpless baby?”
Manny: “No, I mean…becoming friends. You and me, Diego. We’re supposed to be enemies. And Sid, you’re supposed to be annoying.”
Sid: “Hey!”
Diego: “I know what you mean, Manny. But I think this journey is changing us all.”
Crash: “I agree! We’re like a big, happy family!”
Eddie: “Minus the family part.”
Everyone laughs as they drift off to sleep, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.

EXT. SNOWY LANDSCAPE – DAY
Manny, Diego, and Sid trudge through the snow, the baby bundled up and strapped to Sid’s back. Their breath is visible in the frigid air.
MAN (V.O.)
“We traveled through dangerous terrain, our path treacherous and uncertain. But we were determined to keep the baby safe and return it to its parents.”
Diego steps onto a patch of ice, and it cracks beneath his feet. He plunges into the icy water below.

Diego!
Manny and Sid rush to the edge of the hole in the ice, peering down into the dark water below.
MANNY
We have to get him out! Sid, give me the baby.
Sid hands the baby to Manny, who carefully balances it on his trunk. He stretches his long arms down into the water, trying to grab onto Diego.
MAN (V.O.)
“But as we struggled to save our friend, we began to realize that the danger was greater than we ever could have imagined.”
Suddenly, a pair of glowing eyes appear in the water. Manny and Sid recoil in horror.
SID
What is that?!
Manny pulls Diego out of the water just as a massive, prehistoric creature bursts through the ice.
MAN (V.O.)
“The creature was like nothing we had ever seen before. We were caught off guard, and our only hope was to fight for our survival.”
Manny sets the baby down on the ice and prepares to fight. Diego scrambles to his feet, unsteady but determined.
The creature lunges at them, revealing rows of sharp teeth. Manny sidesteps and delivers a powerful punch to its snout. Diego jumps on its back, attempting to take it down.
SID
(to the baby)
Don’t worry, little guy, we’ve got this under control.
The battle continues, the creatures’ roars echoing through the snowy landscape.
MAN (V.O.)
“Our journey had taken on far nobler aims, and we knew that we had to be brave, even in the face of the unknown.”
Scene 4
EXT. ICE BRIDGE – DAY
Manny, Diego, and Sid are making their way across a treacherous ice bridge, the frigid wind whipping through their fur. Suddenly, the ice beneath Diego’s feet gives way and he plunges into the freezing water below.
Manny and Sid rush to his side as he struggles to pull himself back onto the ice.
DIEGO
(grimacing in pain)
I think I twisted my paw.
MANNY
(lending a helping trunk)
Let’s get you out of here.
As they make their way to the other side of the bridge, they hear the distant howls of a pack of saber-toothed tigers.
SID
(trembling with fear)
We’ve got to hurry!
MANNY
Stay calm. We’ll make it.
As they approach the end of the bridge, they see that it has collapsed, leaving them stranded on a small island of ice.
MANNY
(looking around frantically)
We need to find another way across.
DIEGO
(wincing in pain)
I don’t think I can run anymore.
SID
(eyes widening in terror)
They’re getting closer!
Just then, a group of misfit creatures – including a pair of armadillos and a family of possums – appears out of nowhere.
ARMADILLO #1
(rolling up into a ball)
Don’t worry, guys. We’ve got this!
The possums chime in, cheering them on with their high-pitched voices.
POSSEUM #1
You can do it! Go team!
Together, the group manages to fashion a makeshift bridge out of pieces of ice, and they scramble across it just as the saber-toothed tigers arrive.
MANNY
(panting with relief)
Thanks for your help.
ARMADILLO #2
(smiling)
No problem. We stick together, right guys?
The creatures share a group hug as Diego looks on, grateful to be alive.
DIEGO
(softly to Manny)
Thanks for not giving up on me.
MANNY
(putting a trunk around his friend’s shoulder)
You’re part of the family, Diego. We’ve got each other’s backs.

INT. GREAT CAVE – DAY
Manny, Diego, and Sid enter the great cave, amazed by its vastness. A group of prehistoric humans welcome them inside.
HUMAN LEADER
Welcome, travelers. I am Roshan, leader of the tribe.
Manny and Ellie exchange a curious look.
ROSHAN (CONT’D)
We have never seen a mammoth like you before. Ellie is it?
ELLIE
(smiling) Yes, that’s right.
ROSHAN
And who are your friends?
Manny introduces Diego and Sid. Roshan nods in acknowledgement.
ROSHAN (CONT’D)
You’re welcome to stay here as long as you like. Our fire is warm and our food is plentiful.
Manny and Ellie share a moment of connection, admiring each other’s strength and survival skills.
ELLIE
(whispering) I never knew there were any other mammoths left.
Manny looks down, a hint of sadness in his eyes.

There aren’t many of us left. But we’re a tough group.

DIEGO
I’m sorry, Manny. I was just doing what I thought was best.
SID
(angrily)
Best for who? For Soto and his pack?
Suddenly, the ground shakes and they hear a loud rumbling sound.
ELLIE
What’s that?
Manny looks up and sees a huge avalanche barreling towards them.
MANNNY
Get down!
They all huddle together, trying to protect the baby from the avalanche. After a few tense moments, the avalanche passes them by.
Manny looks around, and he sees that Diego is buried in the snow.
MANNNY
(to Sid and Ellie)
Help me dig him out!
They all start shoveling snow, and after a few minutes, they manage to uncover Diego.
DIEGO
(coughing)
Thanks, guys.
SID
(to Diego)
We’ll call a truce for now, but you’re on thin ice.
ELLIE
(to Manny)
We need to keep moving. We’re almost there.
MANNNY
(nodding)
Right. Let’s go.
They start walking again, and after a few minutes, they see a bright light in the distance. As they get closer, they realize that it’s a huge bonfire, and there are people gathered around it.
Manny, Sid, Diego, and Ellie all exchange a look. They know that this is their last chance to save the baby, and themselves.
